What a great day out for Year 3!
Chestnut Class in Year 3 had a wonderful trip to Lyme Regis, learning all about Mary Anning at the museum and hunting for fossils on the beach.
In Year 3 and 4, we had a visitor from Wessex Water as part of our British Science Week learning.
Sycamore Class in Year 3 have enjoyed making skeletons from natural materials.
This week in computing Oak Class in Year 4 were using Turtle Academy to program the turtle to make their initials. Their work on angles in maths really helped them with this.
Year 3 have been writing non chronological reports all about dragons.
This week we were proud to host an alternative sports festival with PH sports.
Year 3 Children in Chestnut Class and Sycamore Class have been making mountain ranges in outdoor learning today. It has been mudtastic!
Year 3 and Year 4 had a lovely Christmas Service at St George's Church, Fordington, Dorchester.
Sycamore Class in Year 3 finished off their animation topic in Computing by creating and animating their own Morphs.
Chestnut Class in Year 3 enjoyed making see saws and thinking about the forces at play during outdoor learning.
