Visit from a Search and Rescue Helicopter Pilot
The preschool children had an exciting visit from a search and rescue helicopter pilot, who came to talk to them about his job.
He explained how he helps people in emergencies and showed the children how teamwork and bravery are important in search and rescue missions. This visit linked in really well with the topic the children are currently learning about, bringing their learning to life and sparking lots of interest and discussion.
